With over 40 years experience, Dennis Sharpe, owner/operator of Nelson Bay Outboard Services (NBOS), is a highly skilled marine technician.

Dennis established NBOS in 1996 after working for a number of other marine businesses where he gained experience and technical training on all makes and models of outboard and sterndrive engines.

Dennis has maintained NBOS as a small, family-owned operation as he believes superior customer service is the key to gaining a trusting name among his customers and within the marine industry. Consequently, NBOS has become well established within Port Stephens, Newcastle and the broader Hunter region, though our customers come from all around Australia.

Dennis believes in providing quality products and advice to his customers. For this reason, the Honda Marine dealership was accepted soon after NBOS was established. Dennis firmly believes that Honda Outboards are the most superior on the market today, boasting unrivalled reliability and fuel efficiency.

Andrew Stevens joined Dennis in 2009 as an apprentice technician and has gained a great rapport with the NBOS customer base. Andrew shares the same business values as Dennis, and so, he has become an integral part of the NBOS team.
